NARA workshop

This year's Friends of WMRLS annual meeting was held at the National Archives and Records Administration in Pittsfied on Friday, October 19th. After the meeting, archivist Jean Nudd presented the program, 'Finding Your Immigrant Ancestors.' Handouts from the program are in the reference book area at the end of the 900s. They include questions to ask before contacting the NARA and a list of useful (and free!)genealogy websites. If patrons have a question and I'm not here, please take down their info and I will contact them. If after looking at the handouts, patrons would like to contact the NARA they may do so by calling Jean Nudd directly. Her business cards are there with the other information. /sara
